We are pleased to launch our new online Parent Portal and app.

This is to replace MCAS.

We hope you will find access to live student information helpful. When you receive an email invitation from us, you just need to set a password. You can do this by going to login.arbor.sc, clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and following the instructions on screen.
Access to the Arbor Parent Portal and App is confidential via a secure login via the following link: login.arbor.sc or via the smartphone app. You can download the app for iOS: iPhone App or Android: Android App
For security reasons when you login for the first time you will be asked to confirm the date of birth of ONE of your children.
If you are using the app click the forgotten password link and enter the same email address you have previously supplied to school.
You will be able to see all your children on the Parent Portal by clicking the dropdown arrow at the side of your child’s name at the top of the webpage. On the app by clicking the person icon on the bottom right.

The Parent Portal uses data from the School’s current information management system. This is ‘live’ data, in other words it is up to date. If you find any information to be incorrect you can inform the school of amendments through the Parent Portal or can contact us via email at the bottom of the page or phone.

The information which you will have access to includes live attendance data, other personal details, timetables, behaviour information and in the future exam results, exam timetables and homework. Through the year as further achievement and progress records are produced they will become available on the Parent Portal.

If you do not want access to the Parent Portal system please email [email protected] stating that you would like your account to be removed.

Some known issues:
  • The homepage may not load properly the first time, you can correct this by using the refresh button.
  • You can only view the full student timetable using the website, the app only shows the current day.
  • We are not currently planning to use the School Shop and Guardian Consultations features.
